So many ideas and far too little time: When you work intensively on a common goal, you sometimes lose sight of how fragile the preciousness of honest collegiality and sympathy between people is in view of the finiteness of our existence. And now? Now we are abruptly and inevitably faced with this fact.

Our dear colleague Ralf Bruch died completely unexpectedly on Saturday, January 25, 2020, during a ski tour at Spitzingsee. The shock sits very deep, because Ralf was and remains a heart of novamusHR01.
Our thoughts and deepest sympathies go to Ralf's family. 

Just recently, during a joint team event in Prague, we noticed again how extraordinarily well we understand each other and how strongly Ralf's fundamentally positive attitude to life consolidates this sense of community. It is a comforting reminder that we could still share these beautiful moments together.

We would like to express our sincere thanks for the many calls and the sincere sympathy. This is a great support for us in the difficult task of finding our way back into everyday business. The last few days have brought us even closer together as a team. We have cried together and yet we have always been able to reminisce about Ralf with a smile.

Nevertheless, a gap remains.
We will always miss you here.
