SSI: Is novamusHR01 GmbH actually a classic Start-up?
JVO: „Yes and no. In terms of creating the Framework for a new company, certainly yes. Likewise with regard to some parts of the Portfolio. The young company has certainly benefited considerably from my personal market presence and the associated network, as well as the close connection, also in terms of company law, to a long-standing, successful market player in the SAP HR business, ABS Team GmbH from Bovenden near Göttingen.“

SSI: And now a question for the managing director of ABS Team GmbH, Dr Andreas Rupprecht. What is the résumé regarding the first business year of the corporate investment?
ARU: „It is exactly as expected and underlines our joint business idea. The objective of the joint venture novamusHR01, to have a market entry primarily in the strategic consulting sector, has been fulfilled. novamusHR01 is a recognized strategic partner and thus also complements our portfolio. The company thus also opens up new sectors and fields of activity for us and additionally increases our capacities in our core business of SAP HR / SAP SF consulting. We complement each other perfectly and benefit from each other. A thoroughly successful joint venture.“
